Swimming Pool

Pool locations: Pool #1 is at the Clubhouse 11am — 7pm (closed on Tuesdays),
Pool #2 is in the South End 11am — 8pm (closed on Mondays), and
Pool #3 is at the North End 11 am — 7 pm (closed on Wednesday)

Each home owner is limited to two passes each year that can be used at any of these pools. If an owner is leasing their unit, the tenants are entitled to the passes. Pool applications and the rules are enclosed in the bi-monthly newsletter Keynotes, but they are also available at the Clubhouse and Gatehouse. Renters and/or lease holders are required to submit a copy of the lease agreement along with the application. Once the information is verified than passes are issued.

Residents are required to sign in with the lifeguard and present the current year pool passes. No one will be permitted in the pool area without current pool passes. You should always have your passes with you when going to the pool.

On weekdays, a resident can bring two guests at no charge. After two guest there is a $1.00 charge per guest. On weekends and holidays there will be a $3.00 charge per adult guest and children 10 years and older. Children under the age of 10 who are guest of a resident will be charged $2.00 per child on weekends and holidays. Guest passes will be handed when registering with the lifeguard. That pass is a one day pass. If you should leave the pool and go to another pool, it is important to take the temporary guest pass with you to avoid another charge. Residents must accompany their guest to the pool and sign them in.

The Pool rules require that any food or drinks brought to the pool must be in a paper or plastic containers and consumed in designated areas. All trash must be disposed of in a trash container. Glass containers (i.e. baby food jars, any type of glass bottles, etc.) are not permitted in the pool area. To discourage bees, wasp and other nuisance insects and animals. Absolutely No Intoxicants may be brought into the pool areas.

The pools are generally open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
